copywritingcastle was built on a straightforward belief: most copy does not work because it is written before anyone has properly understood what they are actually trying to say. We start with positioning, audience, objective. The copy comes after.

Since 2017, we have worked on brand voices for startups preparing to raise investment, on fundraising campaigns for Campania-based associations, on pitch decks for consultants trying to be heard in rooms where first impressions genuinely matter. Every project starts with questions. The copy emerges from those answers.

We work in Italian and English, natively. We do not translate. We write for each audience in their own language, with their own conventions, with their own set of expectations for how a certain kind of organisation should present itself.

Structure before words

Every copy project starts with agreement on argument structure. We do not write before agreeing what the reader needs to believe and in what order.

Defined revisions, not open-ended

Revision rounds are structured and purposeful. Each revision serves a specific objective. We do not iterate endlessly until everyone runs out of opinions.

For clients operating in both markets, we develop each language version for its specific audience. Not a translation of the other.

All services are delivered digitally. We do not have a physical space open to the public. Discovery calls take place via Google Meet or Zoom.

For new clients, the first conversation is brief. We need to understand the project, the audience, and the timeline to give an accurate quote.
