Refund Policy

All services provided by copywritingcastle are digital services delivered to order. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available.
Before work begins
If you cancel your order before the discovery call has taken place and before any research or writing has begun, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us by email within 48 hours of payment confirmation to request a pre-start cancellation.
After discovery call, before first draft
If research has begun but the first draft has not been delivered, a 50% refund of the project total is available. This reflects the research, audience analysis, and structural planning work already completed.
After first draft delivery
No refund is available after the first draft has been delivered. The first draft represents completed work based on the agreed brief and scope. Revision rounds allow for adjustments within the agreed scope.
If we fail to deliver
If copywritingcastle fails to deliver within the agreed timeline (accounting for any mutually agreed delays), or if the delivered work materially fails to address the agreed brief, you are entitled to a full refund. Claims must be submitted in writing to hello@copywritingcastle.com within 14 days of the relevant delivery date.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@copywritingcastle.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
