Delivery Policy

All services delivered by copywritingcastle are digital. Nothing is shipped physically. This page explains how and when you receive your deliverables.

Delivery method

All copy is delivered digitally as one of the following: a Google Doc shared to your email address, a PDF attachment via email, or a secure file download link. The delivery format is agreed during the discovery call based on your preference and workflow.

Timeline

Delivery timelines are specified for each service and package on this website. Timelines begin from the date of the completed discovery call and agreed scope, not from the date of payment. Typical timelines:

Pioneer plan (single service)	7-10 working days from scope agreement
Fortify plan (2-3 services)	10-16 working days from scope agreement
Dominion plan (full retainer)	Ongoing; first delivery within 7 working days
Press release (single)	5-7 working days from scope agreement
Pitch deck narrative	10-16 working days from scope agreement
Rush delivery add-on	7 calendar days from scope agreement

Revision delivery

Revised drafts are delivered within 4 working days of receiving consolidated feedback from the client, unless otherwise agreed.

Final delivery

Final files are delivered once the last revision round is complete and no outstanding feedback exists. We confirm final delivery in writing by email.

Delays

If a delay is caused by factors outside our control (such as late feedback from the client, scope changes, or technical issues on the client side), the timeline adjusts accordingly. We communicate all timeline changes proactively.
