Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by copywritingcastle (P.IVA IT06781930645), Via Campilonghi, 33, 83010 Capriglia Irpina (AV), Italy. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

copywritingcastle provides digital copywriting services including brand copy, website copy, fundraising copy, PR copy, long-form content, and pitch deck narratives. All services are delivered digitally via email or shared document links. No physical goods are shipped.

Ordering and payment

Services are purchased online through our website. Payment is processed by Stripe and must be completed before project work begins. Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email within 10 minutes with confirmation and next steps.

Scope and brief

Each project is governed by the package or service purchased and the brief agreed during the discovery call. The agreed scope is final. Changes to brief or scope after discovery call may require a revised quote. We do not begin drafting before scope is agreed.

Revisions

Each plan includes a fixed number of revision rounds as described on the pricing page and in the package description. A revision round consists of collecting all feedback at once and producing a new draft addressing that feedback. Revision rounds are not unlimited back-and-forth iterations. Additional revision rounds can be purchased at the standard addon rate.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are specified per service and per package on the relevant pages. Timelines begin from the date of the completed discovery call and approved scope, not from the date of payment. We will communicate proactively if any circumstance affects the agreed timeline.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment and delivery, copyright in the final delivered copy transfers to the client. Draft versions and working materials remain the property of copywritingcastle. We retain the right to reference the completed project for portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

copywritingcastle is not liable for the commercial outcome of any copy delivered. We warrant that our work is original and free from plagiarism. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, response rates, fundraising outcomes, or media pickup. Copy results depend on a wide range of factors beyond the copy itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Avellino (AV), Italy.
