Frequently asked questions.
Everything you need to know about our process, services, and pricing.
The scope. A freelance copywriter writes what you ask for. We start by questioning whether what you asked for is actually the thing you need. The briefing process is where most of the value is. We also deliver with annotation notes explaining why each decision was made, which makes revision rounds faster and helps whoever maintains the copy after us.
Yes. Both languages, natively. For bilingual projects, each version is written separately for its own audience rather than translated. Italian business copy and English business copy differ in density, register and directness in ways that matter for conversion. We write each for its actual reader.
Research first. We have written for infrastructure consulting, environmental nonprofits, artisan food, professional services, and B2B software. The sector knowledge is built through structured research and interviews. What we bring is the craft: argument structure, language clarity, the specific persuasion logic that works for a given audience. The technical knowledge is learnable. The copy craft is what we are for.
Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds. A revision round means a complete read of the revised brief and a new draft incorporating feedback. It does not mean open-ended iterations. Included rounds cover scope within the original brief. If the brief changes significantly mid-project, we discuss the impact transparently. Additional rounds are available at a fixed fee.
We start with a deep understanding of the cause, the target donor, and the specific ask. Most fundraising copy fails because it tells the organisation's story rather than the donor's story. We research the audience language, identify the primary emotional and rational triggers, and structure the appeal around a single clear call to action. For crowdfunding campaigns, we also advise on campaign structure and milestone communication.
A standard investor pitch deck narrative takes 10-16 working days. That includes the discovery call, narrative structure agreement, first draft, and revision rounds. If you have an existing deck, we review it before the discovery call so we can understand what is working and what is not. Rush delivery is available for shorter pitch formats.
Each plan specifies a number of revision rounds. A revision round is a complete re-read of the revised brief and a new draft incorporating your feedback. It is not open-ended back-and-forth. Feedback is collected once per round and addressed comprehensively in the next version.
Yes. The custom package builder lets you combine individual services and add-ons freely. If you want brand copy and a pitch deck narrative together, you build that. The discovery process covers all selected deliverables together so there is no duplication.
